Reviews and Ratings
While the staff were friendly and my kids enjoyed the activities, the resort feels underprepared for guests. The amenities are lacking, with many facilities closed or not functioning properly, making for a disappointing experience overall. The situation with the dining options, cleanliness, and maintenance really made it hard to feel like we got our money's worth during our stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Daydream Island Resort, nestled in beautiful gardens surrounded by the living coral reef. The rooms were modern and comfortable, perfect for our family, and we loved the variety of activities available. However, we did encounter some hiccups with the dining options and service that slightly dampened our experience. Overall, it's a lovely place to relax and enjoy family time, but definitely room for improvement in some areas.
My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful setting amidst the Whitsundays is truly special, and I found the staff generally friendly and eager to help, albeit somewhat inexperienced. There were several teething problems that affected my overall experience, particularly with service and dining options. While I enjoyed the room's comfort and amenities, there is clearly room for improvement.
My stay at the resort was a mix of great views and some real letdowns. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the setting is stunning. On the downside, the dining options were severely lacking, and service felt underwhelming at times. While there were beautiful facilities, it was hard to overlook the overall experience when you factor in the high prices.
I had high hopes for my stay, but the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The location is stunning, and the island is beautiful, but the food left a lot to be desired. While some staff were warm and welcoming, the service overall felt disorganized and under-trained. Given the price tag, I expected better dining options and overall service.
