Really good Dining Experience

During my stay, I dined at the Infinity restaurant and was blown away by the very nice food and lovely atmosphere. The dishes were really good, and the view of the surrounding Whitsunday waters made it even better. It's a must-try when you visit the resort!

Stunning Room Comfort

My partner and I stayed in a Deluxe King Ocean View room, which was beautifully renovated, spacious, and comfortable. The walk-in shower and fluffy towels were a good touch. We even had a lovely view from our balcony, where we could see turtles swimming!

Very nice Underwater Observatory

The Living Reef and Underwater Observatory were captivating! I spent hours watching the marine life and learning from the knowledgeable marine biologists. It was one of the highlights of my trip, especially seeing the fluorescent coral in the evening.

While the staff were friendly and my kids enjoyed the activities, the resort feels underprepared for guests. The amenities are lacking, with many facilities closed or not functioning properly, making for a disappointing experience overall. The situation with the dining options, cleanliness, and maintenance really made it hard to feel like we got our money's worth during our stay.
